The fat is meticulously removed, and the meat is marinated for 6 to 12 hours before being seasoned with our special blend of spices. After 4 to 5 days of dry curing, the result is a tender and perfectly cured biltong with a low fat content. It's so nice to find biltong that tastes so good. It arrived fast and in a nice sealed bag with a resealable section to keep it fresh. The taste was incredible with a great spice blend. It had the perfect flavour and was sliced exactly like the description selected. I would buy it again and again and again.
