Our biltong is made from the highest quality cuts of Irish or British Silverside beef. The fat is meticulously removed, and the meat is marinated for 6 to 12 hours before being seasoned with our special blend of spices. After 4 to 5 days of dry curing, the result is a tender and perfectly cured biltong with a low fat content.
