We craft our premium Traditional Beef Biltong using only the finest cuts of Irish or British Silverside beef. For optimal texture and flavour, we carefully trim the fat or use a lightly marbled salmon-cut Silverside. The beef is then marinated for 6 to 12 hours and seasoned with our signature in-house spice blend. It’s dry-cured in purpose-built wooden drying boxes for 3 to 5 days—depending on the conditions—until perfectly tender with a rich, beefy flavour and a satisfying mouthfeel. High in protein and low in fat, our biltong is the perfect guilt-free snack we’re sure you’ll enjoy.
Storage Tips: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The lower moisture content helps extend its shelf life, but the fat can spoil if exposed to heat. Use an airtight container or vacuum-sealed bag to keep it fresh. For longer storage, refrigerate or freeze, wrapping tightly in plastic wrap or using a vacuum-sealed bag.
